Youth After School What do kids in the Richmond District do after school? Chances are they go to a program run by the Richmond District Neighborhood Center. Our free and low-cost after school programs promote lifelong learning in the arts, academics, recreation, and community leadership. Located at four elementary school sites, the Richmond District After School Collaborative (RDASC) serves youth from 1st to 5th grade. Two middle school sites serve youth from 6th to 8th grade, and one high school site serves youth from 9th to 12th grade during lunchtime and after school through the Richmond Village Beacon (RVB). Enroll your child or teen in an after school program today!
